IFS Acquires Tool Care CMP Parts Product Line

IFS Technology has entered into a marketing agreement with ToolCare, a provider of CMP parts and Consumables for the Semiconductor Industry.  Tool Care has been providing Legacy CMP Tool users quality parts for IPEC-Westech©, and Speedfam© tools.  Additional products for AMAT© Tools are now available.
