IFS has recently begun beta-testing of a newly engineered replacement for the obsolete RD-021M8 Micro Step Driver used on Ontrak DSS200, Synergy, and Integra tools. This driver replaces the unit used on the input, output, lifters, lifter blade, and two axes of the unload handler.  No drilling or other modifications to the tool are required, as all mounting hardware is included in the conversion kit.  Another feature of the unit includes reduced motor current when idle to increase stepper motor life.

 

Alpha release of the units is due in Late July 2011. Quantity discounts will be offered for customers wanting to convert their entire toolset at one time. Installation is also available. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
